Master Chef Francis Gomes
Starting his career with India's
legendary Oberoi Sheraton, Mumbai in 1974; Chef Francis has had the honor
for the prince of Bahrain. He has received high acclaim from The New York
Times, Daily News and many more for his gastronomic genius while working
at Namaskaar Restaurant in New Jersey. Chef Francis has also contributed
his talents to the menus at Holiday Inn,
Sharjah.
