Ravindra Patel was born and brought up in the city of Mumbai in a business family. After graduating from Wayne State University Detroit, Michigan he opened his first restaurant ~ Bravo ~ in 1979. Mr. Patel had a successfully opened Maritas Cantina, which was franchised to 5 outlets. With his passion

of hospitality he has launched the Mexican Post chain of restaurants and now Saffron Fine Food and Bar.

Inder Arora

Mr. Inder Arora is the general manager of Saffron Restaurant. Through his successful ventures ~ Bayleaf, Sitar, Akbar and the highly acclaimed Namaskaar, Mr. Arora has acquired a huge following, with his professional and personalized service styles.
